Bring him in and let us look at the coat first. What we can do depends on how tight the matting is, and the dog's comfort comes before the finish.
Kev works with one dog at a time, so there is no crowd and no rush. If your dog needs to stop and start, that is how we do it.
Yes, and the sooner a puppy meets the table and the dryer the easier every groom after it is. Mention the age when you ring and we will keep the first visit short and gentle.
